My air conditioner stopped and of course, I was expecting guests! Don came quickly and got it running for the weekend. He was so nice and respectful that I let him in the house without being there as I had to work. Don took care of everything, cleaned up and put everything back. So nice to have someone and a company who you can trust!

The service man was more than excellent, his work was excellent the only problem I have is the price I paid about $340 for him to just pump some water through a pipe because my air conditioner water was stuck. He did offer me other solutions which I could not do. It was because it was after hours but nobody told me that . Although I should have gotten maintenance and I will be getting maintenance from them again is that would've covered it to begin with. If it had not been for the price I would've given this definitely a five

Always the best and most professional. Love the preventative maintenance instead of what I refer to as crater maintenance, waiting until something “craters” to perform maintenance.Bobby has been our technician for many years and is one of the best in his field.Home Warranty sadly follows crater maintenance so we’re finally going to cancel the home warranty scam and eventually in the near future replace our entire Heating/ AC system.

We had our AC fan die on a Sunday morning. The technician was able to come out within an hour and diagnose the problem. Part was ordered Monday and installed Tuesday. Very happy with the prompt attention.

My previous HVAC provider dropped service in my area with Zero notice and waited till I had a problem to tell me they would no longer service my unit ( which they sold me) Byrd heating and air answered my emergency call and diagnosed and resolved the problem. Their staff and Techs have been very professional and timely in all work and communication. Very happy with my choice to use Byrd Heating and Air !!

Always friendly and respectful technicians who arrive within the scheduled service window. Good advice given. I like that they will bring an air filter to replace it, but they could totally spring a few extra cents to bulk purchase better quality , since we are paying for this annual service contract. I wind up having to purchase higher quality ones out of pocket. I am not even sure theirs have a MERV rating.

We recently had an issue with our air conditioner and contacted Byrd Heating and Air Conditioning. A technician came out quickly, was very friendly, and fixed the problem efficiently. We didn’t even know our system was under warranty, but he checked for us and made sure everything was covered. What would have cost us $1500 ended up being just $250 plus a $99 service visit. The pricing was very reasonable, the service was fast, and the technician was professional and kind. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend Byrd Heating and Air Conditioning to others!
