Just wanted to share a quick note about the recent HVAC installation. The installers were absolutely fantastic! Seriously, top-notch service.They were super friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. They even cleaned up everything after they were finished - which I really appreciated. Byrd HVAC should be really proud to have such great people representing them! I'm so happy with how everything turned out.

Had Spring maintenance done. This was the first time a tech (Alan this time) took the time to remove the return air grate, take it outside and dust it with a brush! Small details like that make my day!

Bryd HVAC has done a great job for me over the years and I wouldn't use any other company. Big shout out to Josh who gave great advice on my new system and to Katie who is always cheerful and makes sure that Josh (my go to technician) gets scheduled for my bi-annual maintenance and any other work I need done. I found Byrd's Heating and Air to be very competent and best off all, they came when I needed them. They were friendly people and I would recommend them to any of my friends who need their services. Always the best and most professional. Love the preventative maintenance instead of what I refer to as crater maintenance, waiting until something “craters” to perform maintenance.Bobby has been our technician for many years and is one of the best in his field.Home Warranty sadly follows crater maintenance so we’re finally going to cancel the home warranty scam and eventually in the near future replace our entire Heating/ AC system.

We recently had an issue with our air conditioner and contacted Byrd Heating and Air Conditioning. A technician came out quickly, was very friendly, and fixed the problem efficiently. We didn’t even know our system was under warranty, but he checked for us and made sure everything was covered. What would have cost us $1500 ended up being just $250 plus a $99 service visit. The pricing was very reasonable, the service was fast, and the technician was professional and kind. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend Byrd Heating and Air Conditioning to others!

We had the best technician you could ask for. Don Hill Jr. is the best! He followed through even though our system gave some trouble. He also gave us some maintenance advice. Overall great guy and great experience with Byrd.

Byrd routine maintenance service performed today by technician Eric. Very thorough, professional and personable. No issues with either of the two units which I attribute to the twice per year maintenance service plan offered by Byrd. Worth every dollar. Byrd has been my HVAC service company at two homes here in Savannah over the last 9 years. Always a positive experience.

Byrd replaced a fan motor at one of our rentals. They had a hard time getting it out because it was rusted on. They can back a few days later with the correct parts and fixed it. I also got a new construction bid from them and I am gonna use them on that. I contacted numerous companies for prices, but since I am not a fancy contractor they blew me off. Byrd gave me a price in less than a week. I appreciate the fact that they treat everyone the same. You never know who your next big customer might be. I am not a contractor, but do several new construction projects a year. I hate these companies that don’t take you seriously because you are just a regular person. A good company never turns away paying customers.

What a wonderful experience. There was an answering service who told me my phone call would be returned inthe order it was received. And it was! Bobby called back on a Saturday night! He showed up, as promised on Sunday morning at the exact time he said he would for the emergency service. He was cheerful and professional. He fixed our problem and my a/c was back on within a half hour of his arrival. I am so pleased with the entire experience.

I’ve always had nothing but great service from Byrd. I had a routine service call this morning and Allen showed up right on time. I had a one hour service window and he conveniently arrived within the first half of that window. He was very polite and thorough- even my dog loved him! The price on the annual service plan is a deal, too!

Storm in Savannah, knocked out the AC. I called several places, which either were overpriced or unable to schedule anyone until 8/11. Byrd had someone out to my house within hours, and thankfully it was an easy fix. They'll be my first call next time.

I wholeheartedly recommend Byrd HVAC to anyone who is in need of service or is considering a new HVAC system. Their technicians are knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. They keep records on systems they sell and service and bring common replacement parts with them. The dispatcher was audio knowledgeable and worked with our schedule. Don and the rest of the team are trustworthy, professional, and committed to every unit installed and every repair they do.

Called Thompson and Thompson and they could not come out til tomorrow and wanted to charge 278.00 to schedule appt. Got in touch with Byrd and the tech was here within the hour and repaired the unit and the cost was less.Great work, when it was hot and needed air.
