Always friendly and respectful technicians who arrive within the scheduled service window. Good advice given. I like that they will bring an air filter to replace it, but they could totally spring a few extra cents to bulk purchase better quality , since we are paying for this annual service contract. I wind up having to purchase higher quality ones out of pocket. I am not even sure theirs have a MERV rating.

Seriously, top-notch service.They were super friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. They even cleaned up everything after they were finished - which I really appreciated. Love the preventative maintenance instead of what I refer to as crater maintenance, waiting until something “craters” to perform maintenance.Bobby has been our technician for many years and is one of the best in his field.Home Warranty sadly follows crater maintenance so we’re finally going to cancel the home warranty scam and eventually in the near future replace our entire Heating/ AC system.

We recently had an issue with our air conditioner and contacted Byrd Heating and Air Conditioning. A technician came out quickly, was very friendly, and fixed the problem efficiently. We didn’t even know our system was under warranty, but he checked for us and made sure everything was covered. What would have cost us $1500 ended up being just $250 plus a $99 service visit. The pricing was very reasonable, the service was fast, and the technician was professional and kind. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend Byrd Heating and Air Conditioning to others!

No issues with either of the two units which I attribute to the twice per year maintenance service plan offered by Byrd. Worth every dollar. Byrd replaced a fan motor at one of our rentals. They had a hard time getting it out because it was rusted on. They can back a few days later with the correct parts and fixed it. I also got a new construction bid from them and I am gonna use them on that. I contacted numerous companies for prices, but since I am not a fancy contractor they blew me off. Byrd gave me a price in less than a week. I appreciate the fact that they treat everyone the same. You never know who your next big customer might be. I am not a contractor, but do several new construction projects a year. I hate these companies that don’t take you seriously because you are just a regular person. A good company never turns away paying customers.

What a wonderful experience. There was an answering service who told me my phone call would be returned inthe order it was received. And it was! Bobby called back on a Saturday night! He showed up, as promised on Sunday morning at the exact time he said he would for the emergency service. He was cheerful and professional. He fixed our problem and my a/c was back on within a half hour of his arrival. I am so pleased with the entire experience.

I’ve always had nothing but great service from Byrd. I had a routine service call this morning and Allen showed up right on time. I had a one hour service window and he conveniently arrived within the first half of that window. He was very polite and thorough- even my dog loved him! The price on the annual service plan is a deal, too!
